Cancellation and Amendments

By participant: Cancellation fees for the Camps will follow the below schedule and apply to all participants.

Cancellation Fee and refund

• 7 calendar days or more prior to the Camp - Full refund minus QAR 250 administration fee
• 0 – 6 calendar days prior to workshop or during the Camp days - No refund will be given
• Failure to attend - Treated as late cancellation and no refund given.

All approved cancellation requests within this deadline will be issued any relevant refunds within 2 weeks.

All requests for cancellations, refunds, and amendments must be received in writing and sent to mukhayamnacamp@qf.org.qa.

Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation being sent.

Extenuating Circumstances: Any refund requests, based on special circumstances, following the cancellation deadline must be submitted in writing and include any supporting documentation, i.e. physician’s letter. These requests will be subject to review and approval is subject to the discretion of SACE. The approved refunds will be processed deducting QR 250 for the administration fee.

By SACE (Camp Organizer): If the Camp is not confirmed by email and canceled by SACE, the registered participants will receive the full amount of the registration fee.

Force Majeure: Should weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances require the cancellation of the Camp (after it has been confirmed), the registered participants will receive a refund of the full amount of the registration fee.
