Terms and Conditions for the Herfati Program at Al Khater House
Please read carefully before completing your enrolment and payment.
‘Class’ or ‘Program’ in the Terms and Conditions outlined here refers to the Herfati Program delivered in Al Khater House in the State of Qatar.
Qatar Foundation reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time, once agreed by the participants will be effective immediately.
Disclaimer:
• By registering for this Program, I release Qatar Foundation, the instructors, and all concerned parties from any liability for any injury or accidents that may occur.
• I authorize the representatives to administer any necessary first aid, and in case of an emergency, they may take me to a hospital in Doha.
• Qatar Foundation reserves the right to modify, cancel, or adjust the Program as necessary. The Foundation will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property of participants.
• This Program is exclusively available to individuals who are residents of Qatar. By registering for this Program, participants confirm that they hold a valid residency permit (QID) and are currently residing in Qatar.
Photography and Media Consent:
• By participating in this Program, I consent to the taking and/or publication of photographs and videos by designated photographers. These images may be used for Qatar Foundation's marketing, media, and communications activities across various platforms.
• I confirm that I am not subject to any legal proceedings or other matters that may affect the publication of images.
Registration and Payment:
I agree to register for the Program and will pay the total amount due to guarantee my place before the Program starts. The Program will run from October 2024 to June 2025, with classes held daily (Sunday - Thursday) from 3pm to 9pm. The Program fee is QAR35,000, and flexible payment options are available:
- Participants may request a 50% discount (QAR17,500), which can be paid in full or be paid in monthly installments of QAR1,944.44 per month from October 2024 to June 2025.
- Participants may apply for a full scholarship (100% fee waiver) via a form after the webinar. However, if the participant fails to attend without a valid medical reason, the participant shall be subject to reimburse QF for the total scholarship fees. After attending the live webinar, participants will receive a form to apply for flexible payment options. This must be completed within 48 hours to confirm their spot in the Program.
Refunds:
• Refund Requests: Participants seeking a refund must submit a request via email and include medical justification, subject to management approval.
• Medical Grounds: Refunds will only be considered for those who provide a medical certificate stating their inability to participate.
• Program Changes: If the Program is delayed or rescheduled by Qatar Foundation, no refunds will be issued. Instead, a credit note will be provided, and the Program will be allocated to a new date.
• In the event of any delay in the start of the Program or its cancellation for any reason, refunds will not be issued. However, a credit note will be provided, and the Program will be rescheduled. Refunds will only be considered for those who provide a medical certificate stating why they are unable to participate.
• Missed classes: there will be no refunds or make up sessions if you miss a class or if your personal circumstances change.
• No-Show Policy: Participants who miss five or more classes without a valid medical reason may be removed from the Program.
Health
and Safety:
All
participants shall adhere to QF Health and Safety Rules and Regulations. If you
have an existing medical condition, allergy, or disability that may affect your
participation in a class, you should notify the Program Coordinator at the time
of enrolment. By registering for the Program, you confirm that you have read
and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
