Overview
Quranic Arabic for English speakers presents Level 3 of the “Qur’anic Arabic Program,” designed to develop cognitive skills for non-native Arabic speakers. This program helps participants read, understand, and synthesize the language of the Holy Qur’an while reducing reliance on translation.
The course uses an applied approach, reinforcing vocabulary and grammar through exclusive Quranic examples. Participants engage in hands-on sessions to discuss, analyze, and comprehend verses of the Qur’an, exploring the functional meanings of various structures and differentiating between denotative and metaphorical vocabulary. They also receive training on online resources to enhance their pronunciation and understanding.
Prerequisites:
1. Completion of Level 2 of the same program.
OR
2. A proficiency level in Arabic that allows for understanding some components of an ayah and familiarity with some of its meanings.
Register and validate your account using your QF email to avail your QF privileges.
