We invite you to join these weekly meetings in a supportive community that provides mothers with a space for mutual encouragement, sharing experiences, and building meaningful relationships. Participants shall find support and guidance towards achieving mental balance to better face the different types of challenges they encounter. In these sessions the group will discuss traits of balanced personalities who are able to make critical decisions and take responsibility without blaming others.

Other topics will include self-worth and personal efficiency, emotional management, psychological needs and balance for emotional understanding and improved parenthood, and investing in one's personal growth - all inspired by the holy Quran and Islamic teachings.
