Pound is a sweat dripping cardio jam session inspired by the art of drumming. It’s a full body workout with elements of pilates/yoga style movements, but ultimately, it’s a HIIT class like no other. We workout to the beat of the music using slightly weighted drumsticks. Pound is for any age, any stage. Pound is for everybody!!
