Overview
A sense of shared pride, unity, and national identity – all of these define Qatar National Day.
This is a time when we reflect on and reinforce the importance of cultural legacy and how it helps us understand the past – but how can it also inform our present and our future?
In a special Qatar National Day edition of the Education City Speaker Series Bel Arabi, writer and poet Dr. Hasan Ali Al-Nimah will explore how cultural legacy can shape and influence the fabric of our societies today, and the progress we aspire to achieve tomorrow.
This talk, in the Arabic language, will also focus on empowering and inspiring our youth to embrace their national identity and cultural heritage – so that they can be the torchbearers of a legacy that will endure for generations to come.
Location: Auditorium, Ground Floor, 2015 Building.
