Road Closure in Education City During Ramadan

Temporary closure in place throughout the Holy Month

A temporary road closure will be in place in Education City during Ramadan, with the details as follows:

Gate 5, QNL Roundabout, Education City Mosque Parking, and Oxygen Park Junction will be closed from 6:30pm-10pm daily up to the last 10 days of Ramadan.

During the last 10 days of Ramadan, these closures will extend until 5:30am the following day.

All other Education City gates will remain open as usual during Ramadan.

During the closure, staff and students at Georgetown University in Qatar and Northwestern University in Qatar will be able to enter and exit their buildings through Gate 2 only using their student/staff ID. These buildings will also remain accessible for food deliveries and Uber services if the building name is mentioned.

During the closure, Oxygen Park Underground Parking and Education City Tram services will be available to reach the Education City Mosque.
